Moved to Port Charlotte in 1986 from Chicago area. He is married with 3 children. Ron loves to support community programs as well as his children’s schools. Earning the business of his customers is his goal and providing exceptional customer service is his main focus. Ron believes trust is just as important as price when searching for a repair facility!

I needed my brakes and A/​C system of my Dodge Journey looked at desperately! I bought breaks less than a year ago from a smaller «full service» place and, i took my car back in 5 times (the first within the first 48 hours) because my breaks always felt like they were grinding. At «that» place they always said that they hear nothing and nothing was wrong. Also, my A/​C blower was not working properly and i was quoted thousands of dollars and 3 — 4 days of work.
I found «Complete Auto Repair» through a network of auto repair facilities.
THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! The workers that I came in contact with (Jim and Ron) are very polite and efficient. They replaced my bad breaks and replaced my A/​C blower in just 2 days! (2 days because I couldn’t take my car in until the end of the day.)
Oh, and did i mention that both my brakes and A/​C unit repair was was at least $ 1000.00 LESS than the other places?
I feel that I finally found a friendly and HONEST place for my auto care.

Sorry just had to report my perspective. A $ 48 oil change didn’t seem like a competitive price to me and neither did $ 90 diagnostics. Maybe I was spoiled where I come from a good deal was $ 19 – 29 for oil, and free diagnostic if you get it repaired with them. I guess they’ve got to pay for their fancy machines. I should have asked the price before I went, but I made the appointment based on the Unilocal reviews touting honesty, free wiper blades, perks and whatnot… but FYI none of that came with my oil change. I don’t want to dog the place. They were nice enough and maybe they’re good mechanics? Don’t know. Didn’t stay to find out. The owner seemed to be more of a director/​office person now (was watching tv when we walked in… while his underlings worked on cars). If two stars seems harsh, the Unilocal description of two stars officially says: «Meh. I’ve experienced better.» In sum: I’m gonna shop around more.

I recently had to look for a new auto repair shop as my previous mechanic unexpectedly shut down. I was very fortunate to find this local auto repair shop. They have excellent customer service and took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and whatever else my car needed service wise. The pricing seemed fair, the actual service was very quick, and no unnecessary work was pushed on me. I intend to bring all my vehicles here from now on if possible.

How often do you find honest, helpful businesses when you become stranded in a place you’re traveling through? This company does all of this and more.
As we were driving back to Indiana from Bonita Springs we lost our transmission on I-​75. I found Complete Auto on Unilocal with good reviews. I called-​somewhat desperate-​and he assured me he could help even giving me a number to call for a tow truck. Once we arrived they were honest and open about the damages and cost. All the staff seemed vested in helping me, my husband, my 92 year old father and his dog, find a solution. My step father opted to get another car and Ron (the owner) helped by calling a friend that worked at a car place.
6 hours later we were on the road again. Ron even offered to buy the broken car.
Thank you to all from Complete Auto. I recommend them 100%.

Complete Auto Repair is as good as it gets. This business really seems to strive for excellence and takes customer satisfaction seriously. I came in for an oil change based on their Unilocal reviews. The mechanic looked over everything and found that my brake fluid was low because I had leaky brake cylinders. Without even having to ask, Jim took me out to see the problem for myself. I agreed to the repairs and he gave me 10% off just for mentioning their website! They also found that my rear back up light was out, and fixed it for no extra charge. I could not be happier with their honesty and the service that I received. The repairs even come with a 2 year warranty. It was so nice to go in for an oil change and leave confident that my car was in good shape all around.
While I was waiting other customers came and went, and everyone was treated equally with respect and kindness. I am recommending this auto shop to my friends and family. The couches are comfortable if you need to wait, and they also have water and magazines.
I highly recommend Complete Auto Repair for great service, affordable prices, and friendly staff. Go to their website and you will get 10% off your repairs, really.

Good, honest service. They’re not going to push anything or jack you on the price. They will let you know what they are seeing with your vehicle and give you an honest assessment. It’s tough to find a good mechanic and we’ve found one! Thank you!

I’m never one to write reviews but they definitely deserve one. The service here is out of this world and they fixed my car in a timely manner. Not only did they fix what I brought the car in for, but I also asked them to look at my turn signal and see what was wrong because it wasn’t blinking correctly. They ended up fixing the problem for free, which I was ecstatic about since another repair place was going to charge me $ 200 just to run tests to see what was wrong!
I definitely recommend this place to others. If I wasn’t only down here for just this summer, then I would for sure make them my go-​to car repair place!

Here’s a real deal that I have never seen. With every oil change, they will change your windshield wiper blades — for free! Who does this?
With your consent, they also put in an engine oil supplement that actually provides a warranty. This too is free.
I relaxed in a nice waiting room, and enjoyed the experience of NOT getting pitched for additional work. The total bill was $ 30 plus tax.
The owner also holds an annual party for his customers, with antique cards, free lunch, and entertainment. Again, who does that?
