We opened our doors in November 2003. Our goal was to provide Charlotte County with technical support (computer repair and training) as well as providing business with custom web design for their business website.

I have been working in technology since the late 90’s when I started fixing computers for myself, friends and family. Technology has invaded our lives: laptop, tablets, smartphones, blogging, social networking and email marketing has become more powerful and technical than ever.
My job is split between the standard technical areas such as computer/tablet/smartphone repairs and areas related to business marketing such as websites, blogs, social and email marketing.
The web related software is evolving faster than computer devices and the search engines are changing to provide better results, sometimes 3 times a year! These changes make getting your website on search engines a bit more difficult and there is plenty of old and inaccurate information that if followed will keep your website/blog from the search results.
