Stopped in here for some caffeine after the disappointing breakfast experience at the Port Chester Coach Diner. Place was hopping and busy! Ordered a Grande dark roast coffee with room for cream. Coffee was strong and delicious!

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. The issues have been ongoing for years here as well. I dread going here and sometimes just go to CVS for a Red Bull instead. I am unfortunately here often because of proximity, but compared to Sbux in Rye, Greenwich, Ardsley or anywhere in NYC, this place needs serious improvement. The staff is typically unfriendly and even unprofessional at times(openly arguing over who is not doing their job). I have witnessed staff members standing around while people wait for drinks. Its often very slow to get a simple drink and the milk/sugar bar is often unattended to. I hope they get it together at this location someday.

Everytime i go to this location I’m greeted very nicely. The asian lady in the mornings knows my drink and is very nice every single time. I’m happy with this Starbucks!!!

An Asian female staff is always so rude. Starbucks are now campaigning«Buy 5 any sized iced drinks and collect stamps, get a free grande sized drink», so when I bought my tall iced coffee, I asked her to give me a stamp, but she won’t and even said«you get your stamp only when you get GRANDE ice drink“but I knew it’s wrong, so I told her that, but she never listened. Then the Store manager came out and apologized me and correct her. Otherwise, she won’t admit. I like other staffs but she ruined everything. Rye and Mamaroneck location are much better!

Besides the fact that this location is rather small(with long lines at times) compared to others, the bigger concern for me is the lack of professionalism. The cashier(s) was just okay in greeting though it seemed disorganized all around. Furthermore, the female barista that prepares the drink in the morning lacks both courtesy & professionalism both in preparing the drinks & interacting with customers. The two times I have been there she’s been very impatient/rushing with the orders & unnecessarily rude when I told her the drink was not as I ordered. I’m quiet surprised considering Starbucks being«big» on customer service & the Rye Ridge community that it’s in. Very disappointed with the experience. Gave two stars only for the drink. Unfortunately there is not another location closer than this.

I came in here for the first time in while. The interior is redesigned from the last time. One has to go towards the back to get to the line. It used to be that the cashier was in the front and one would go a few feet to get your drink order. So it is kind of a logistical problem if one is waiting for the bathroom as it is now more cramped for space. Though I do not like the layout it seems like there are actually a few more seats than before. Gone is the long bar so I guess it’s a wash. There is more of a bookcase to display their products towards the back. From what I can tell this location is already small and the redesign seems to be to make more turnover possible.

This Starbucks location is a bit smaller and cramped than other locations. It’s O.K. for me because it’s down the street from my job, and I just come in for my pumpkin spice latte and I’m out. Although, watch out when the clock strikes 12(noon) and the parking lot is full of crazy housewives that can’t drive their large SUVs and come close to running you over!

One word to describe this Starbucks is AWESOME! Emily the manager there is always polite and friendly. She is constantly on the go and always helping her staff when the line starts to get a bit long so the wait time is actually insignificant. She knows me by my first name and always knows what I want to order. Melinda who is at times on the register is always cheerful and polite. She knows me by my first name as well which is also nice. She is very helpful and makes you feel right at home and when I need a suggestion on something she is quick to help. The rest of the staff, Sergio etc. are also wonderful and polite and they are always happy to see me when I walk through the door. They all make you feel like family. The place is always clean and well kept. Wonderful place to go and relax and feel welcome. In addition, my coffee orders are always to perfection! by E. Marti

Smaller than some of the other Starbucks I’ve been to in Westchester. It reminds me of the Starbucks that are in the city. Limited seating, which can be inconvenient when you want to sit down with a friend and chat. The lines are a lot shorter here than the one in Rye, which can be convenient if I want my splurge coffee while I’m picking up Chipotle in Rye Ridge. The coffee is good, but then, anything with that much sugar is going to be good.

I’ve been coming here for 5 month & so far every Coffee is good to the last drop. I’m just chillin’ & listening to some Oprea. The staff is friendly but the seating is limited.
