Decorated with our children’s/grandchildren’s photos, T&J is family-​owned and operated for two generations! We’re proud to keep the T&J tradition of being a family-​run restaurant — as our family started in the food business in the 1950s.

With the help of our mothers Mena and Grace, who prepare classic Southern Italian family recipes, proudly passed down from their mothers and aunts — you are sure to experience a meal «just like Nonna used to make». T&J is a special place — our family has really gotten to know our customers personally. We have formed wonderful relationships with them. This was a very good experience as this is the first time we have eaten in Port Chester, NY as a family. We ordered the gnocchi, chicken parmesan and cheese ravioli in tomato sauce. The food was delicious the service was outstanding. We had just spent about an hour trying to get across the Whitestone Bridge and found this place on Unilocal.Highly recommend it.

Horrible customer service… Placed an order for food. When the food got here there were no drinks that we ordered. Driver stated he would be back. 5 mins later I received a phone call stating they wouldn’t bring the drinks. Thought that would be bad enough. Ordered the mozzarella sticks which were insanely salty and pretty much unbeatable. The penne was completely mediocre. Never ordering from this place again.

Went there to eat about a week ago with my husband and I can honestly say this is a great restaurant. The staff was very friendly and we got our food quickly. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic, family-​owned restaurant. Very kid friendly. I highly recommend the specials, especially the mussels, the clams, the seafood pasta, the pasta with broccoli rabe sausage, the salmon, and the pork chops with peppers. This place gets pretty crowded with locals on Sat and Sun nights so you need a reservation. Only complaint would be the wine list, which is pretty poor but they let you bring your own wine for a reasonable corkage fee. The food here is consistently good and every time I’ve been there I’ve seen the owners, which is pretty rare these days.

Had dinner here tonight for the first time. I’ve lived in PC since 92 and never came here. The food was amazing. Huge portions. I had filet of sole with shrimp. I couldn’t finish the whole thing. My husband had shrimp parm which was delicious. Service a bit slow. Overall very good. Very family friendly!

The food is good, but nothing special. The restaurant is small and tight, and very loud. Service is slow. Parking is a real problem.
I had pasta fagioli and cavatelli with tomato sauce.
The pasta fagioli was just OK. It wasn’t very flavorful.
The cavatelli was just OK. The sauce was tasty enough, but very watery.

Nonna is a doll! This was the first time in a long time I saw a family owned business actually run by family. I call her Nonna only because she reminded me of mine. She came out and served us our plates straight from the kitchen and checked on us a little later to see how our food was. I ordered the baked clams to start which were absolutely perfect. I knew I was in for an amazing meal after devouring those — they didn’t stand a chance! For my entrée I ordered the raviolis which I could tell were freshly made and were very tasty. Others at the table ordered the broiled filet of sole, chicken parmigiana, and chicken sorrentino. We barely spoke because our mouths were too busy chewing. Hands down the best Italian food I’ve had in Port Chester and we will definitely be returning. If only we had room for dessert!

Best Italian food in Westchester. Went here last night. I felt like I was in my grandmothers kitchen. Everything was delicious, from the stuffed mushrooms to the fresh cannoli for dessert. Service was excellent, food delicious, menu was great. We loved it and will be back many more times

They’ve been around a long time and have definitely captured the market on garlic knots! Pizza is thin crust and consistent. Staff has been their as long as I know, at least the past 28 years! My daughter grew up on this pizza and always called it Pizza Daddy’O! You won’t be disappointed by having a house salad, mussels, or sausage & broccoli-​rabe wedge on home made bread!

Delicious food! Arugula salad was my favorite of the night! We got the chicken Marsala which was pretty good, and the Stuffed Artichoke (recommended by an italian friend) it was an interesting first time try, but I heard it’s the best place in town for a stuffed artichoke. Bread was delicious! I’ll definitely go back!

Went here on a cold night before a show at The Capitol Theatre, it’s located a short walk from the Cap. Ordered the eggplant parm sandwich and took it to go (the dining room closes earlier than the restaurant). It was a good eggplant parm!

We’re up the road at the Hilton Westchester and found this place in Unilocal and decided to give it a try. Only a mile away and good reviews.
Awesome (AWESOME) food and experience. Had the Chicken Scarpariello (not on the menu). Amazing. Had two friends with and they had excellent meals as well (veal and lasagna). We attended our business meetings the next day and when it came time to decide where to go for dinner, everyone wanted to go back to the same place (we brought another friend along the second night) and had excellent meals again. Sausages and gravy, chicken parm, seafood platter (not on the menu either), and one tried the calzone.
Great service, great food, awesome value. Will definitely be back if I’m in the area again!

Came here this past Sunday with three others and the food was AMAZING
We started off with a mixed salad topped with Gorgonzola and roasted peppers by far the best salad I have had. We then continued to have linguini red clam and that was perfectly cooked & seasoned. We all ordered lamb chops for our entrée by far the best lamb chops partnered with potatoes and string beans (or vegetable of your choice) …cooked to perfection. service was excellent everyone was kind and made sure their customers were happy !! I will deff be back !!!

I enjoyed my pizza and garlic bread delivery from T&J’s. The pizza was thin and crispy and the garlic bread was… very garlicy. Both great things as they were.
There are a few things that could’ve been better… The delivery took longer than they said it would take. They didn’t send any napkins, etc., even though I ordered to a hotel. Another thing I found a bit strange was they don’t have a smaller size. I got this really big pizza, half of which went to waste. I feel bad about that, but I already felt like I over-​ate and there was a LOT of food left over.
Lastly, my own mistake on the payment; I gave the delivery guy and extra $ 5 cash by mistake. I meant to ask for some change, but completely forgot about that until 20 minutes later. Shoot… that’s a damn generous tip. I was so hungry by this time, all I could think about was getting my food back to my room. Completely, unrelated to the review and not anyone’s fault but my own, but I just thought I’d mention it. :-)
