I recently became a propane customer of Britt and Graff. They installed my new tank on time, as promised, with a new regulator, tested the system for leaks and adjusted the manifold pressure.
The kicker is that I will be saving over 50 percent of what my previous propane company was charging me. A full tank from Heritage was $ 500, now a full tank from Britt and Graff will be $ 200. Yippee!!!

I ended up filing a small claims judgement in the town of espous. I was contacted shortly thereafter by this smucks attorney who immediately agreed to settle the matter for what I originally paid these clowns .
I got my money back but I still think these people are shady and would never recommend them to anyone.
