We had an infestation of rats… ugh! AllPest to the rescue! I called Josh, he came an gave an estimate very quickly. We got estimates from others, but none seemed as professional and their prices ranges from quite cheap to extremely expensive. AllPest wasn’t the cheapest, but they got the job done correctly. They also found some termite activity. Because it was found early, we didn’t need to tent the house, which saved us a ton of money. Due to the excellent job done during the termite repair, we are now hiring AllPest to do many repairs around the house to get it in shape for putting it on the market next year. Thank you Josh and AllPest for helping with just about every problem my house has had in the last year.

I’ve used Josh for many years now. He’s the best! He has great rates, will come back to re-​treat if necessary (hasn’t happened often) without hesitation, will work his schedule around mine, and is always pleasant and informative about what he’s doing and what he’s using to treat the problem. A while back, I used him for rats in the attic and he sealed all the entrances, set traps and checked them twice a week for a month. Never had a problem since!
