My family has purchased items from this location for years. From snowboards to long boards and everything that comes along with them. We took 6 boards in for an edge and wax job and when we walked in the owner was already commanding. After telling us on the phone it would take a day, they insisted they would take 4 days. Saying, they were busy even though there was not one person in the shop. Not only is it overpriced, while they did the work on the boards they were mistreated. There were scratches on the decals on the face of the boards (I have a new board so it was noticeable) and they basically shooed us out of the shop. I made a Unilocal account because of my disgust in the treatment I received. The owner needs a reality check. I would rather drive 2 hours to get anything than go there again.

Too expensive. Not friendly enough. Shame that this is the downtown bike shop, high rent may drive high prices, but they’d be busier if they weren’t such a rip off.
