Purchased over 3 weeks ago from website and item has still not arrived. When I checked in about a week into the order the owner wrote back and said that the item shipped and he would follow up with a shipping number. Still havent heard anything from him and its 9 days later. BEWARE.

Recently found this gem of a company while doing a search for cord. I had 3 cast iron patio chairs which needed an elastic cord of some type to finish. I ordered their product from website on Monday pm. Considering I was having a patio party on Sunday, I needed it PDQ. Paid via paypal, received invoice via email w/​phone #. I called and spoke to a gentleman (sorry, I forgot your name!)
whom found my parcel and guaranteed timely delivery. Service and product outstanding! Thank you!
