History

Established in 2011.

Captain has 30 yrs experience, including fishing the waters of Long Island Sound, Offshore Long Island (Atlantic), Gulf of Mexico and many lakes and rivers of upstate New York. Captain has placed in the top 20, two years in a row, in The Worlds Greatest Bluefish Tournament On Earth Tournament held annually in the Long Island Sound. In 2010, your captain, Eric Huner, took 1^st in this tournament and in 2011 he came in 19^th out of approximately 4000 competitors.

Your Captain is a USCG captain with a Near Coastal License. This license allow up to 6 paying passengers and allow your captain to head a vessel up to 100 nautical miles offshore. Captain Eric has fished for over 30 years and has caught a multitude of fish species from all over the Northeast down through the south. Captain Eric is a proficient and calculated angler who develops a game plan before he goes out. Careful planning, record keeping and making sure gear is ready to go is all part of being successful. A determined competitor, your captain will always fish hard for you, to optimize your fish catching success and total satisfaction.
