Matthew is a former Orange County Assistant District Attorney, where he served for 9 years prosecuting felony and misdemeanor criminal cases including Homicide, Robbery, DWI, Assault, Rape, Domestic Violence, and Burglary.

Matthew has taken that considerable courtroom experience and opened his law practice in his hometown of Port Jervis. Matthew represents clients in all types of legal matters throughout Orange, Sullivan, Rockland, Dutchess and Ulster counties. Matthew received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his law degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Law.
