Established in 2008.

Route 57 Auto Salvage operated as Washington Auto Salvage dating back to the 1950s. Back then it was the go-​to place for truck parts of American manufacture. Since its 2008 new ownership, we have expanded to all vehicle makes and models, foreign and domestic, old and new. In addition to the OEM parts, we also sell brand new aftermarket parts. Route 57 Auto Salvage also buys your used vehicles.

Business Owner

Joe has a lifetime history working in the automotive industry. He started off at his father’s auto service and gas station as a very young boy, and expanded the business to auto sales after his father’s retirement in the 80s. He established himself as a reputable used auto dealer throughout the NJ NY area with 2 locations, Kearny and Hampton. He expanded to the Port Murray location and continues the Woodland Auto Sales dealership, specializing in affordable quality vehicles. Joe deals with his customers with an integrity and honesty, often unseen in this business. That integrity has continued through to Route 57 Auto Salvage, as well as his commitment to quality.
