Daytona Beach KOA

Awesome campground! We have been camping here for years! It is a family owned business who really care about their campers. They go above and beyond to help you and make your stay comfortable! They have just recently renovated the whole campground and in our opinion it’s the nicest and cleanest one in Daytona. Don’t hesitate to stay here! It’s also conveniently located to everything, including shops, beach, etc…

30′ TT. Stayed 4 nights. Sites are very close, but long enough for screen house, etc. Nice pool. Not much for a playground. Good shower facility. Good laundry. Lots of road noise. Office closes at 5:00 pm. Would recommend for a night or two, but not for extended stay.

Wow, surprised there are no reviews… maybe camping is more a TripAdvisor thing… Normally we tent camp in state/​national parks for the natural beauty. But on a trip through FL we needed to set up for a few days on the way to the Keys. We ended up here after another campground (NOVA Family) we intended to stay at had no after-​hours check in process and gave up. This KOA has a larger clean pool, tidy bathrooms and hot showers, a huge laundry area, and at least for the primitive tent sites they are flat with mostly grass and we are tonight laying under some giant moss-​strewn tree. Way cool! I’ll knock a star for a location off a busy road with plenty of road noise, but the attention to detail and a friendly employee has made this a place worth calling home for a few days while in the Daytona area.
