Pilates Fitness studio fully equipped with Pilates apparatus for personal training, group mat and equipment classes. We feature all STOTT Pilates equipment, JUMP SPORT trampolines and all instructors are STOTT certified trainers.

History

Established in 2003.

The Pilates Spot opened in Ormond Beach offering personal training and group mat and reformer classes. In 2006 we purchased a new building in Port Orange. We custom designed our 7 room studio to allow more space for group stability chair and Cadillac spring wall equipment classes. We are continually improving our class schedule introducing new options or modifications in Pilates exercise theories.
