Wow! I pick up a truck and return it 5 mins late the next day and get charged another full day! These people didn’t even wanna wait 2 extra mins for me to pickup the truck either when they’re supposed to stay open til 5! Don’t rent from them they’ll look for any reason to rip u off! No customer service skills and now I got all kinds of charges! Thanks arrowood I would have been a repeat customer now ill make sure to tell people stay away!!! I don’t know about you but I don’t like to be over charged and I don’t like dealing with rude office staff.
