Service here is horrible. … at best! !!!
Being new to the area, I decided to give this salon a try. 1st time in was great. Nice woman helped me w my eyebrow wax, and was very welcoming, and did a great job.
I have been in 2 other times with horrible service. The short woman with a white baseball cap helped me both times. She is not just rude, but she does a horrible wax job. The wax was so hot it literally burned my skin leaving blisters along my brow line. She was very rough. … and I knew I was in trouble because she didn’t even offer for me too look at my brows before she announced «all done» and leaves the room. Got home to see she had taken off easy to much on the right side. Almost no brow left !!! Exotic nails will never get my business again.

I’ve been going here for over 2 years for my pedicures. It was recommended by a friend from church after I had a terrible experience at another salon very nearby. An employee of that fomer salon cut a chunk of tissue out of the corner of my big toe and it was damaged and painful for months! But Exotic Nails turned out to be a better value anyway: new massage chairs, my pedicures cost less now, last longer and their pedicures include things other salons charge extra for-​like hot wax treatment. I also had a Shellac manicure on my natural nails at Exotic Nails when I got engaged at New Years and it lasted for nearly 2 months! I had to take if off only because of grow out but the polish looked new-​no chips. There are fancier places, but not a better value. Highly recommend.

I will never go here again. I got a manicure got a wedding and they did such a bad job I went home and did an even better job myself. They are rude and they rush the painting so it looks horrible.

Overall I must say the shop has improved in soo many ways! From the decorations of the salon to the managements and the service! I came in for a facial today and I am 100% satisfied! The products are gentle enough for my sensitive skin! And the embarrassing large pores and blackheads has literally shrunken instantly! Thank you Kim!!! I’ve had facials before but for $ 45 with the amount of work she did smh totally worth it!!!

I was a walk-​in here today. I haven’t had a pedicure for about 8 months, and my feet were a mess! Helen did an awesome job. Some small talk which put me at ease (I get nervous when people are handling my feet). Small, basic nail salon where you get exactly what you come for, and that’s a great thing!

We scheduled an appointment for 2 adults and 2 children to get pedicures. After showing up and hour early AND adding manicures to our want-​list (they give a small discount for both) we were still seen right away with only a short wait for one of us. There was not a Deluxe Pedicure option but the pedicures offered were good.
I forgot to check if there were children’s seats, which there weren’t. The chairs are a bit too big for a child under 9 or 10 but we made it work.
Friendly employees, fast and efficient service. I am glad I was able to enjoy the services without a long wait or an attitude for coming early. I recommend if you’re in Port Orchard and looking for a place for a pedicure or manicure. :)

My friend and I came here to get some mani/​pedis. It was a sunny February day and I ended up with quite spring-​time colors. The friend and I had a bit of a wait upon walking-​in until pedi chairs were available. The pedi was pretty good and I was satisfied. The mani did not last long at all and they were a bit rough with the fingers. It’s a good option for Port Orchard.

This is where I get my pedicures done. Yeah sure, the place smells like a nail salon… because it is a nail salon. The smell is kind of hard to get away from no matter where you go. When you walk into a hair salon, you expect the smell of color dye and perm solution. Exotic does really good work, the people are very nice and take the extra measure to make you feel pampered.
