Barrows began in the carpet industry three generations ago. Back then, we did on-​location carpet cleaning, oriental & area rug cleaning, carpet installations and repairs, serving both residential and commercial clients. Based in New Port Richey, Florida, we proudly offer our services in Tampa, Spring Hill, Hudson, Holiday, Clearwater, and St.Petersburg. To include Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties.
