Choco’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Had these clowns out to clean our carpeting. Paid a more than fair price for a minimal amount of carpet cleaning. They told me that I needed an enzyme additive to get the carpet clean and wanted to charge us an additional fee. The carpet is three months old. Had a few dirty spots here and there. I guess that there retribution for not paying extra for their enzyme treatment was to completely soak the carpet. It’s been 24 hours since they were here and the carpet is still completely soaked. I’ve had carpet cleaned dozens of times and know that you vacuum up the excess water. Guess that’s what you get for not paying the up sell. Very unprofessional. They were recommended to us by a well known realtor in town. Believe me she will hear about this.
