History
Established in 1927.
Crary Buchanan began when a local attorney recruited Evans Crary Sr. from the University of Florida campus to work at a law firm in Martin County. A short time later, the attorney moved away and Mr. Crary Sr. inherited the practice. Soon, Mr. Crary became a community leader. With a passion for helping people and drive to better the local community, he was elected to serve as the municipal judge in Stuart in 1930. In 1945, he became Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives and later served an additional six years in the Florida Senate. Today, Crary Buchanan boasts of a full-bodied team of professional legal advocates — each with the same passion to serve clients and improve the local community. Crary Buchanan is one of the oldest law firms along the Treasure Coast and will continues to serve clients by offering them ethical and experienced legal representation.
