Movers were good but they damaged 3 pieces of furniture. Pictures were submitted and a claim form. Been 2 months and no response. Repeated emails and calls have yielded no results.
DO NOT use them. Move was fine but they do not stand by their service. They took my money with no problem but the damage to my furniture is not addressed. There are many movers out there, make sure you choose someone else.
The damage was their responsibility. They packed.

used them because they were local, family owned… they told me their movers were long time employees, on the payroll, LIES, they quoted one price, then charged me twice as much, they were slow and non-​professional (the young guy — first day on the job– was the best of the three. The other two dragged him down… I called the owner twice to complain, he never returned my call… horrible movers «Scammers»

I’ve used this company twice already and first heard about them on Angie’s list and saw they had an A+ rating. I had several other options to choose from and I liked devries family moving because of their association with Wheaton and, honestly, they weren’t the most expensive nor cheapest (I didn’t want to go with the cheapest either due to a bad experience). However, my experience was exceptional. The only negative thing that happened the entire time was that the crew showed up about 10 minutes late because of very bad traffic, which the crew apologized for profusely. Aside from that, everything was so smooth from the time I set up my appointment until I received a call from the office a few days after the move to make sure I was happy with my experience — you can really tell that this company cares about their customers! They even supplied me with boxes and packing materials for some of my furniture and items that are most dear to me per the estimators’ recommendation. The estimator was also very professional and honest and that was all I needed to feel comfortable. Even though my move wasn’t a huge and fancy home by any means, the company treated me and my furniture like it was Taj Mahal! Everything dismantled, wrapped, moved with care and then reassembled and arranged. I have already recommended them to several friends. It’s so nice to have a company I can always rely on — I hope they will be in business for another 20 years!

I’ve known this company for over eight years. They moved our household from Atlanta to Palm Beach Gardens. Only problem was we didn’t have a house. Ron Devries did store our material for us and was there for two years and when we finally retrieved it and moved it to a new home, it didn’t fit very well. traditional just doesn’t work here in Florida. Nobody wants traditional brownwood furniture in Florida. We did find an auction elsewhere in north Georgia who wanted
Ron got to move it again to North Georgia this time and the auction was a success we sold almost enough furniture to pay off our storage fees with Devries. Hey these guys can move and store anything and keep it safe from our experience. On a special job of oversized cases and frames for an art show, these guys moved us in and out of Palm Beach Expo for the winter antique show quite smoothly… I wouldn’t trust another mover with any valuable job as I know in past, he will perform what he states he will do…

Hired this company for July 5 move. I opted for this company because they were a little cheaper and because of the chat I had with the dispatcher. (He was very nice and convincing). It was the worse move I have ever experienced (and I have moved 5 times in the last 10 years). The estimate was for 2 hours and it took them 4 hrs. One mover tried shoving my platform bed through the doorway and kept trying. .I finally had to suggest he take it apart (duh!) Our Bedframe was messed up as well our very expensive foam mattress was ripped. When I showed the mover what he did to the bedframe, he denied until I told him I saw him do it. .he later recanted his denial on some of the damage. When informed office of the condition of furniture the owner called back and wanted to do a three way call with the movers, him and us. My husband refused because it made us feel as if they didn’t believe us. They sent someone over a week or so later to «touch up» the furniture and sew my mattress. The touch up is very noticeable.. . They never called us to see if we were happy and if everything was to our satisfaction.
Please head the reviews and don’t listen to their talk, because that is all it is just to get the sale!
