History

Established in 2014.

It had been my personal dream for as long as I can remember to own and operate my own food service establishment. I was currently the chef at an assisted-living facility when my father was involved in a car accident that led to his sudden passing. Shortly after this traumatic event something had changed which strengthened me. All I knew is I had to take the chance and chase after my dream. With the support of my wife and family, I opened a deli/café and, out of respect for my father, I named it after him. He gave me more than I could ever ask for in life; but, in his passing he gave me the greatest gift he ever would… Confidence!

I was fortunate to have him as my father. I will love him always for who he was.
