Hilton Garden Inn Port St. Lucie

I am a Hilton honors member so I really wanted to list all the positives… but unfortunately I can’t. The staff was amazing when we arrived but continued to decline, especially on our last night. Although the rooms were clean they were dated. We also were unable to enjoy our stay due to them closing the outside seating area early. It was the only area available for guests to relax and unwind. We were truly confused as to why they were being so strict with a policy that has never existed before. We probably won’t stay here again next year for our sons baseball training and that’s a shame. I am truly disappointed at this facility and Hilton should pay attention to this property.

Nice property that is really in great shape. Beautiful lobby with easy check-​in. And yes, you can smell the restaurant cooking at dinner time — — and it smelt yummy. With that being said, did not try the hotel restaurant — — but went to get Filipino food at one of the restaurants that is not even on the hotel’s list of places to eat and they have a sheet of paper full.
All in all — — a great stay. Nice and quiet.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in/​visited. Located rift next to golfs ultimate palace the PGA center/​little town. The moment you walk through the door you see and smell excellence. The front desk is staffed by amazing people, it took us less than 10 minutes to rent and room and be accommodated with all of our needs. The lobby has a huge welcoming center and adjacent to it a living room/​lounge with a nice size tv. Next to it is a bar/​restaurant decorated in golds history, champions, trophies and art. The smell of bbq food and other aromas was intoxicating. The outside portion had a nice size pool, a hot tub and plenty of seating with lounge chairs and tables. On our way to our room you could see how well this place is taken care of. Our room had an amazing view to the pool and hot tub. Our room was adequately equipped with pillows and such a comfy bed. Stay here stay here stay here!

We expected a nice clean hotel with a place to get breakfast, etc. This place is nasty & the hotel needs updating! Then I asked for a refund on my stay so we could go somewhere else and the front desk clerk acted like she didn’t have a clue about what to do in this case. She made us wait until the general manager came in to let us whether or not we would get a refund. Maybe the golf courses are nice? But stay across the interstate at the holiday inn!
The general manager responded to my review and was very apologetic for the cleanliness of the room and the behavior of the front desk employee, he also mentioned they are undergoing renovations.

We usually stay here when we are in the area for a few days. Great place. Comfortable, clean, reasonable. The pool is nice. They have a restaurant Sam Sneads… VERY GOOD.
The smell of the oak wood burning is good in the winter months I guess, but it was a little over bearing. All in… it’s worth it. YES. We will be back.

Check in was painless and smooth. Its always nice to have an energetic and friendly person greet you after a long travel day. Thanks Tina! You rock! And the manager of the restaurant totally makes it worth eating there.

Awesome hotel! The lobby is beautiful and the staff members are really very nice and take care of any problems that you have. There’s delivery guy can come to the hotel all over the place and is very close to PGA.

I’ve been staying at this Hilton property for 3 years straight. They know me by name. Always are friendly, accommodating, and speedy with their service.

Lekeisha at the front desk was so sweet! She was nice enough to make us our own batch of welcome cookies and called us when they were done. Now THAT’S customer service! Everything else in the hotel was wonderful and we experienced no problems. :)

Really nice hotel, made even nicer by the staff focused on making you comfortable. Rates are reasonable, beds comfy, restaurant/​grill inside. Especially impressed by a prompt phone call and letter under the door notifying of a hot water problem being addressed. The letter contained, without request-​surely for all guests that late morning-​a $ 50 food gift certificate for the restaurant. We happily ordered some good food to go. Also, they made sure that we were otherwise taken care of in regards the one-​night stay due to the short-​term inconvenience. They’re handling of this, which they had worked to completely upgrade their system to ensure it won’t again, was pretty stellar I must say. Definite recommendation.

Great stay with all the perks I expect from the Hilton brand. Soft sheets, clean room, beautiful facility. Fitness room was complete and lounges were very comfortable. Service in Sam Sneed restaurant was very good. Great place to stay with a very reasonable price! Give it a try

King room suite with the living room was super nice. I compare this hotel to the ones that I stay at that are similar to a suburban area because the surrounding area is filled with shopping centers and a handful of mom and pop businesses. It’s not the type of atmosphere as you would have in Miami or Tampa. Although there are bars to chill out at.
The bathroom had a tub and stand in shower that reminds me of what you might find in a resort (large, clean and built for sharing, ha).There was a small microwave and a fridge with a sink, but no stove (grocery stores are nearby). The living room was as big as the bedroom – loved that.
The restaurant on site seemed to have a decent menu but there are other places nearby to grab food. The hotel had a list of menus and also points of interest in the room.
Customer service was pleasant and welcome. Wifi and self-​serve parking. Check out time is noon.
Return rating: 100% and next time I hope the weather is better so I can check out the pool.

SUPER nice Hilton. Great service, great rooms and awesome gym. I love coming into a hotel room after a long day of being on the road, and it smells good. Sounds weird but the hotel is super clean and the room smelled so nice. The downstairs restaurant was also really good for room service. Thanks Hilton!

This was the second time staying at this property. My family has played at several course in the port st Lucie area and this is a good central place to stay. The rates here are great and the property is fairly new and good safe places are very limiting in this area. Free coffee and paper. Two queen beds is a plus too. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Just the way you would love every hotel to be. Not a five star fancy hotel BUT perfectly clean, efficient and beautifully run. Every worker from the manager to the man who helpped us with the luggage were true prideful professions. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a very comfortable visit.

Outstanding property. Stayed here on two different occasions. Has become my hotel of choice in Port Saint Lucie. The beds are welcoming, bathrooms have all the needed amenities and the front desk staff are genuinely warm. Access to the Internet is free, but service is spotty.

Very nice hotel. Carpets are clean, bedding comfortable. In fact, they have adjustable beds so that you may choose how soft or firm you need your bed to be.
I wasn’t there but for 9 hours so did not get to try the bar or restaurant.
The night staff was amicable. I enjoyed my short stay here.

Very nice, even for a Hilton Garden Inn. Full bar and restaurant on site… Sam Snead’s. Nice outdoor pool area. Cozy lobby area. Right next to the PGA Village. The hotel even has a golf cart on the property.
