No Worries Vacation Rentals

This review is for one of their properties (30 Awesome) and is long overdue.(9/26/15) As we had not been on a vacation for some time as we were dealing with elderly mother and dogs we finally decided to treat ourselves to a get away. We have been going to Destin and surrounding areas for years and thought we would try a vacation home. After reading the insanely long list of «dos and donts» for this place we thought we were staying at the Four Seasons. After arriving at 30 «awesome» We quickly realized the pictures are not indicative of the house. The house was not clean, most of the lights were burned out, the stove was so gross we didnt even use it and there were bugs all over the kitchen counters… we couldnt even leave any food/​drinks out. There was also black mold across the entire ceiling in the MB above the patio doors/​mold in mast. bath and a rug that I assumed was white at one time and is now black…(maybe the owners could go to walmart and shell out $ 10 for a new one).When we called Karen to express our concerns she said they would need to send someone over to do a full inspection. Since we didnt want to waste a day of our vacation on things that should have been taken care of before we got there we said we werent interested in being inconvenienced any further. Also, There is no ocean view except a tiny sliver over the trees, plus the non stop workers in the area with large trucks take away from any relaxation you might have. I would honestly say this was one of the worst vacations I have ever had. The only upside was dealing with Karen as she was very nice… this review is geared towards the owner of the property.
