If you want to disappoint your loved ones with terrible flowers, make sure your order from these people. Absolutely the worst florist available. They substitute the color of the flowers without warning, they use the cheapest stock for what your are supposed to get, they short the number of flowers in the order, and half of them will be fully open and drying. They basically deliver junk. I placed my order through FTD, and filed a complaint with them. When I contacted the florist directly, they hung up on me. In a time when there are so many options, there is no room for this poor level of service or quality. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered $ 300 worth of flowers for a funeral. Specified that the funeral was at 10:00 and the flowers need to be there well before that. Was told they would be there in plenty of time. At 2 minutes before the funeral after we noticed the flowers hadn’t yet arrived, the flowers were delivered and with a church full of people we had to run them up the aisle ourselves. It was the poorest delivery I’ve ever seen. They make no effort to coordinate with the church or get the flower there ahead of time. I called the Monday after and got absolutely no apology. They said they would talk to the driver and call me back, but of course they never did. They obviously are a very unprofessional business. I wouldn’t use them for anything that you need for a specific time.

I used this florist each time I ordered flowers for my friend in a nursing home. I ordered the flowers months ago for delivery today for her birthday. I even called to remind the owner. The flowers were delivered at 6:30 pm! I had to call and the owner made the
Driver «change his route so the flowers would arrive sooner?» Really? I paid a lot of money for birthday flowers to be delivered at the end of the day just before bedtime? It ruined the whole birthday. The owner knows I am a repeat customer and she did nothing. I will never order flowers again from her.

My daughter ordered me an arrangement for mother’s day. The flowers were a bunch of old daisies that you could buy at on a street corner half wilted. Called to complain and was told someone would get back. Never happened and the person I talked to was rude and dismissive. I’m calling my daughter to let her know to get her money back. These people must be running a business out of a garage. Don’t patronize ever. They should be called 1−800-FU.

We ordered flowers from this joint through 1800flowers. We ordered the «Floral Embrace» but what they delivered was more like a Floral Disgrace. It was small and pathetic looking and came with only half of the flowers advertized. One flower was already dying… I won’t ever order through this store again and will make sure our orders go through somewhere else, like Connie’s, next time…
