The emergency pet care here is good if you know generally what is wrong with your pet. The vets and vet techs are average, nothing spectacular. The lab tests are okay but watch out for the upselling. Tests and drugs your pet does not really need. Nothing illegal but they just start with the most expensive medications and make you feel like you don’t care for your animal if you decline their suggestions. They do nothing wrong and provide a much needed service bring 24 hours but they are lacking in professionalism and experience. Some of the staff were nice, others not so much. This would not be my first choice, WVRC is much better with more qualified staff. Seem to be lacking leadership.

We took our dog here and they did a wonderful job, everyone was very friendly! Our dog had to have two blood transfusions and be hospitalized so it ended up being very pricey, but our dog seems to be doing great now! All of the receptionists, technicians, and doctors were really awesome! They called to check up on Jack and worked with our budget, I would definitely recommend this place for emergency needs
