Two big orders processed, but I have never received merchandise. I would be very weary about ordering anything from this company or its brands like TigerDirect. Imagine paying your hard-earned money for technology products that never arrive. The least efficient and knowledgable customer service.

when you buy something as simple as a power distribution unit, or surge protectors, it’s interesting who supplies them to you. Someone like Underwriter Labratories will be a single entity in making sure the power equipment passes safety regulation. Someone like Systemax however, will contain a bunch of subsidiaries that sell a number of electrical, electronic, and other tech gear. When I did my research from some product I bought recently, it led back to Systemax who has the divisions of SystemaxPC, TigerDirect, CompUSA, Circuit City, Global Industrial, Nexel, Misco, Infotel, Global Computer Supplies, SpeedGifter and Worldwide Rebates. Some of the retailers Im familiar with and some I have no idea what they do. Interesting that these huge parent shadow entities control seemingly everyday brands
