I was house sitting for a family member when there furnace stopped working. I called Lovings because they were the closest Armstrong dealer at 11:00am. They sent a repair man out pretty fast he said it was a dirty filter and removed it and left. I had to call them back in 1 hour because the problem reoccured. This time he replaced the igniter assembly and some kind of overheat relay then left. Three hours later (6:30pm) I returned to the house to find the furnace was not working. I called them for the third time a different repair man showed up at 9:30pm and replaced the gas valve, this fixed the problem, total cost $ 589.00($ 289 of parts and service call that did not fix the problem)
