Dr. Gerie Keh LAc was my Acupuncturist at age 15 and she ultimately was my inspiration to study Acupuncture and become an acupuncturist. She is highly intuitive and has a loving touch! Grateful for her influence in my life.

I have been taking my son to Dr. Keh on and off for well over 3 years and she has done amazing work with him. We started taking him here due to stomach pains, which no other doctor was able to help us with and he has not had stomach issues ever since. Dr. Keh is very nice and has a great bedside manner. Scheduling and the front desk have also been great.

I love Dr. Keh and would recommend her to anyone, for anything, any time. In 3 months, her treatments have rid me of the lifelong eczema /​psoriasis outbreaks that no other type of medical or holistic treatment has ever been able to touch. Miraculous, seriously.

If I could put negative stars I would!!! Made an appointment with Dr. Paula Bailey-​Walton 4 weeks ago as my new PCP, I needed a physical, and pre-​op lab work. I show up at 9am this morning after dropping of my son at day care which I had to schedule and pay for! To be told that Dr. Paula Bailey-​Walton resigned two weeks ago??? And to top it off her assistant who takes her appointments did not even have my information therefore I never got the courtesy call !!! Plus there is no back up doctor??? Are you kidding me??? Save your time and energy and find a better place to take your health care needs! SMH! No wonder the doctor resigned !

I went to Dr Keh with my fiancé because his mother has been going to her for years. Yes Dr Keh is very nice but the office as a whole is not run very well at all. We were told the total cost for the visit was $ 125 each so I we paid our $ 125 prior to the visit. I then asked the front desk if I could get a receipt or something to bill my insurance with to get credit towards my Nonpar deductible for the $ 125 I paid. The front office said they would submit it for me. I was thankful but now realize what a mistake that was!
A couple of months later now I am receiving bills from them stating I owe an additional $ 110. I called to talk to the insurance girl and she was very rude and told me that I owed the money and if I didn’t pay she would send me to Collections. She said that since they billed my insurance for me they were charging me more for the services than they charged my fiancé. I tried explaining to her that they offered to bill my insurance and no one told me that it would cost me more money if they did it for me. Why would anyone want to pay $ 110 more for services just so they bill it for me??? I work for the insurance company and know this is not correct. It is fraudulent and unethical. The girl in the insurance dept will not listen or try to reach a resolution that satisfies us both. She just says pay it or go to Collections. Very unprofessional!
I have also left several messages for Dr Keh to resolve this but she has not returned any of my calls. The girl in the Insurance dept told me that she knew I called Dr Keh and Dr Keh won’t call me back. She insists she is handling this and she is sending me to Collections. I have never been to a doctors office that treats its patients like this. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I certainly will never go back.

A one star is harsh, but this review is for the front desk and the way the business is ran, not the practitioners. I was never able to get in to see the practitioners because of all the problems that arose with the extremely disorganized, irresponsible front desk staff. I don’t even know where to start, but basically everything that happened was an absolute disaster.
Here are a few highlights:
1.) HIPAA Violation: At their worst, they committed multiple HIPAA violations (which are illegal), including revealing the names of their patients to me. I worked in an acupuncture clinic for two years, so I’m well aware of the laws.
2.) Countless Scheduling Errors: I call them to schedule an appointment as a new patient. They put me in the system under the wrong name. Initially, they asked if I had any relation to a patient who shared my last name. (That part is the HIPAA violation I mentioned before.) The person on the phone took down all my contact information to «put me in the system,» yet I show up to my appointment in person, and they didn’t have me on the schedule. They had the name of the patient who shares my last name! When I explain that I’m a new patient, the nurse just stares at me and says, «Oh, they didn’t tell you to come 30 minutes early?» No, they didn’t. Probably because they didn’t even realize I was a new patient because they scheduled me under the wrong name. Adding insult to injury, another patient walks in saying she is scheduled for an appointment with the same practitioner I was supposed to be seeing at the exact same time.
3.) Lack of Communication: This place has a problem with calling patients back. In fact, I’m still waiting for my call. I had a slight issue with my insurance because I missed paying a premium for the new year. It got fixed as soon as it came to my attention. I had talked to them about it on the phone, and they said they’d call me back to confirm my insurance eligibility was updated before my next appointment, so that I could cancel and reschedule to a later time if need be (as it was supposed to take a few days for eligibility to update on the computers). No one called me back, so I showed up to my appointment as planned, figuring it wouldn’t be an issue. That’s when the whole scheduling error I just described happened. Furthermore, they informed me I was not eligible for my insurance. I had to explain all the details to a nurse all over again. I shouldn’t have to explain the whole story of the insurance issue, no one getting back to me, etc., again to anyone.
4.) Rude & Irresponsible Staff: Worst of all, it was a long story and the nurse rudely cut me off to say irrelevant things that she would have realized didn’t apply if she had just let me finish was I was trying to tell her. I ended up leaving because I wasn’t going to pay in cash for something my insurance would cover in its entirety. They told me they’d call me by that Friday to reschedule when my insurance status was updated in the computer. However, my insurance was ALREADY updated and all they had to do was call them to confirm this, but apparently whoever is responsible for dealing with insurance wasn’t available (on THREE separate occasions) and also apparently is incapable of keeping her word and returning phone calls.
5.) Putting Patients on Hold: Their phone system is horrible. They put you on hold, which is fine, but after about one minute, the line starts ringing again and someone answers and doesn’t realize you were even on hold to begin with, so you have to explain to them what you already explained to the person who originally answered your phone call. One more minute on hold, and the process repeats. Sometimes, the line would ring, and you would hear someone pick it up and hang it up again to keep you on hold. I’m not sure what is wrong, but they need to fix this and update their system.
They basically committed every no-​no of running a clinic, and all within a week’s time. I was looking forward to becoming a patient because they seem to have great practitioners, and it’s unfortunate that their poor way of doing business prevented me from doing so. And like I said, I’m still waiting for that phone call. They should re-​train their staff or hire new staff. I can connect them with some good employees who actually know what they’re doing.

Been here 2009 then came back and Dr. Keh the owner, an acupuncturist, she is awesome!, great and gentle. There are good acupuncture there too besides Dr. Key, there’s Carlo and Amber. And they have chiropractic and family doctor, Dr. Bailey and Dr. Etnyre as physical medicine doctor. Dr Bailey is so nice too. They also have counseling done by Dr. Annan who is so awesome like Dr. Keh. Just come in here, so you will experience the great traditional east west medicine acupuncture, cupping etc. its worth it…

This is my one year anniversary of when I had my first visit to Dr Keh. I went there because several of my friends had gone there and gave Dr Keh the double «Thumbs Up!» I went there for her to look at some thghtness I was having in my upper shoulder near my neck. (I was not a fan of needles, but not afraid of them either. You don’t feel them as much as you think you would.)
What I have experienced over the past year has been, for me, transformational. Dr Keh does not look at one particular problem or issue, she looks at the whole being and has a focus and perspective on health that is amazing. At the first meeting we went over my overall health habits, eating, sleep, exercise, etc. She made some recommendations, primarily in the area of diet, that seemed very unconventional UNTIL I took the time to research and confirm that there were others who were also following such a path. Eggs for Breakfast? Give up Coffee? No dairy, No sugars? I will spare you the long story behind all of this but here I am, one year later, down 25 lbs, way lower cholesterol (with higher HDL and lower LDL) and triglycerides, higher testerone, way more energy, and on and on. My general physician was amazed ay my lab work 7 months after being under Dr Keh’s care. «Whatever it is you are doing, keep it up!» was all he could say.
Aside from the incredible benefits, Dr Keh is a genuine, sincere person who really cares about each of her patients. If you are looking to try accupuncture or just improve your health in general, I could not recommend Dr Keh more highly.
Oh, and as for the results of my first treatment, I was shocked when was getting onto the 118 freeway right after leaving the office and was able to look through the back window of my truck and have no stiffness or pain whatsoever. I did it again as I could not believe that after so many years one accupuncture treatment could do that.

I hurt my toe 10 days ago. I think I might even broke it, it turned blue. That day I came to Medical Center to ask if there is an empty space in the schedule to fit me for an X-​rays. The receptions was extremely rude so I left.
Today I tried to schedule x rays over the phone. I’ve been put on hold 3 times until the receptionist talked to various doctors and at the end I got the answer «You better go to emergency care because doctor is busy and can not see you today» .
That’s how they treat cash patients, second time I didn’t get any help from them.
I will never call them again or recommend their service.
