I called for service with their office being less then a block away from my apartment. They charged me 19 just to come out. Then gave me an estimate that was well over the price of any locksmith around. I reluctantly paid them to come out but was still locked out. The woman I originally spoke to then called me to barter? I wouldn’t recommend to anyone– awful customer service and inability to give honest disclosure of pricing.
