11 x design modern home tour

meh… too many of the homes were in the very earliest stages of development. It sucked to drive all the way out to Beaver-​tron to view a home with 4 walls and a hole for the door and nothing else. We would probably think twice about doing this event again, unless there was some sort of guarantee that the majority were done, or close to being done.
Towards the end, we wondered if we had been fools. A couple of sales pitches made us realize that the event was really about generating interest, and perhaps investment money, in order to complete a project.
That’s really not what we were looking for with a modern home tour, and we’ll be wary in the future of any events organized by these architectural firms.
