Excellent experience here. They are super friendly, easy going, helpful and service oriented. They custom made my wedding ring and band. Free cleanings and adjustments for life. When my partner and I went in there to discuss the wedding band, they cleaned up the engagement ring on the spot. I had forgotten how shiny it could be. I couldn’t recommend these folks any more highly.

I have found my forever jeweler! They designed a special ring, even nicer than I’d ever imagined. After the run around from so many other local jewelers who told me a custom made engagement ring would be very expensive and difficult to reproduce what I wanted, Stephanie nonchalantly said, «yes, of course, we can do that, easy». Service and product are both fabulous. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!

I got engaged over the weekend and was excited to explore options for updating my grandmother’s ring. ABC Jewelry Company is one of the few stores open on a Monday and combined with their excellent reviews we decided to start there. We’re so glad we did as the service and quality are top notch! Hussein explained that the best and cheapest option for changing the appearance of the ring from yellow gold to white gold was to rhodium dip it (they offer an option combined with nickel which lasts for 2 years versus the rhodium only option for 6 months). He was able to clean, resize and dip my ring within the same day and at a very reasonable price. Great experience and we really enjoyed the friendly service on top of the beautiful craftsmanship. Totally worth the drive into downtown (if you’re doing the same, park in the lot that’s a block south and on the opposite side of the street as they will validate your ticket).

I’m just extremely pleased with the fast and quality service that I received on Wednesday 1÷20÷16 from Stephanie and her master jeweler at ABC Jewelry. Had to rhodium plate my jewelry and replaced some lost stones on 2 items and ABC was able to do all of that in less than 4 hours. This place was recommended to me by several of my clients and I’m so glad I went there. Just goes to show; don’t procrastinate about fixing your fine jewelry. Just take it to ABC and depends on the job; ABC can get it done for you perhaps on the same day and always at a very reasonable price. That way you get to wear your favorite jewelry pieces again. Remember to ask for Stephanie and Hussain was the gentleman who repaired my jewelry. 5 stars for sure!!!

Had a Sterling silver lapis vintage ring I wanted to get resized. Read the reviews for this place and I must say– I’m SO glad I came here.
They cleaned up my ring as well as turning the resizing around SAME DAY. the price is very reasonable and their service and kindness put it over the top.

I have been to ABC twice now, both times for jewelry repair and adjustments (once to repair a broken post on a gold earring, and once for ring resizing for a platinum engagement ring and wedding ring).
Both times that I’ve been to them the service was exceptionally good, their prices were unbeatable, the quality of their work was perfect, and they had a very quick turn around time.
I will never go anywhere else.

My now-​husband, then fiancé worked with Stephanie at ABC to pick out my engagement ring over a year ago. The ring they came up with (with no input from me I should add!) was gorgeous and perfect and everything I could have dreamed of. However, Stephanie assured my fiancé that if I wasn’t thrilled about the ring we could return it and get something else. That wasn’t an issue, but my now-​husband was happy to have that as a backup plan.
Since then, we got our wedding bands from ABC, I’ve gotten a diamond necklace (which Stephanie helped us customize) from ABC, and I’ve had some of my grandmother’s vintage jewelry re-​sized at ABC.
Everything we’ve gotten from ABC was crazy affordable (for diamonds) and absolutely beautiful and appraised for way more than we paid for it!
The resizing I did with them was also super affordable and they did a great job. I think I paid around $ 50 total to resize two bracelets and a ring.
So yes, I’d recommend ABC to any and everybody! But be warned: If you walk in there… You WILL want to buy something! Everything is just too sparkly and beautiful (and fairly priced) to resist!

I could not recommend them enough. Every other jeweler we went to refused to resize our ring, as they felt the bending would possibly pop the diamonds out. They let me sit in and watch them work, had it done in a half hour, and didn’t even charge me after it all, as they felt I had been through enough trying to get it right. I promised that I’d go back if I ever have any more I’ll be getting, and I’ll stick to that promise!

Yet again, ABC knocked it out of the park. Stephanie is amazing, friendly, and goes above and beyond. I’ve sold some of my jewelry (previous marriage) and received more than expected. I’ve purchased from them and they consistently take care of me, including free reminders to come in and get the setting checked and rhodium dip.
If you’re wanting a box store or a chain, this isn’t for you. If you prefer family and locally owned, this is your place. If parking is a plus for you, this place will not impress. If you don’t mind the sounds and smells of the inner city, this place will blow your skirt up.
