Ace Server Training

I was dreading the idea of sitting through an OLCC service permit class for hours learning about how to tell when someone is intoxicated. Looking online through the list of providers doesn’t give you any idea about the teacher and you’re kind of limited by what days you can attend the classes anyway, so it’s a crap shoot.
I think I got really lucky, because Rose was entertaining and made the class fun. If you can take one of her classes, then it’ll be a painless 4 hours. She arranged for us to get a $ 4 lunch deal at The Grand Café and by making the lunch break only 15 minutes long, we got out sooner. She’s very organized and efficient.
