Adam initially started working as an assistant to a real estate agent in 2006. After learning the ropes, he got his own real estate license and has been deftly facilitating transactions ever since.

Since moving to Portland in 1997, I have learned much about sustainability. These lessons have influenced me heavily as I formulate my approach to doing business in the real estate industry. I have combined my early background in construction with my more recent education in sustainability to land in a fascinating niche in the real estate market. I work closely with a local builder that uses green building techniques on infill projects. I continually strive to improve my knowledge of green building strategies so that I can help my clients understand the implications of these strategies for the purchase or sale of their home. I bring my experience and knowledge in all of these matters to bear upon every transaction I do. I have helped clients with the sale of new construction homes, the purchase of land for a custom build out, purchase of rehab properties, and short sales. I do most of my work in the close-​in neighborhoods of North and Northeast and Southeast Portland.
