I reached out to company through weddingwire for more information. I got an email about setting up a time to taste. I let them know that we can’t do tasting during week and nobody got back to me. Disappointing! At least follow up with me.

Alimenti Catering provided catering for my network association holiday party for the past 3 years now. The food and service is impeccable. The price is VERY reasonable and they go out of there way to make everything run smoothly for the event. Highly recommended. They even have their own bakery too so desserts and cakes are easily provided without having to hire a separate vendor.

We chose Alimenti Catering for our wedding because of their convenient association with the Tumwater Room, the venue for our ceremony and reception. The food was fantastic. We were able to create our own menu from their wide variety of dishes and ended up with a spread that suited us perfect. Their bacon wrapped dates and strawberry punch in particular were fantastic.
I would choose them again to cater my wedding, but was frustrated by relatively minor lapses in communication. When I was emailing with them 6 months prior to the wedding, it could take 3 – 4 weeks to receive a reply to a message. The week prior to the wedding they emailed me asking for final payment and final headcount for our reception, even though I had communicated our head count to them 3 weeks prior and they had already cashed our final check. In the end, the reception went off without any issues and I’m satisfied with their service, but was frustrated by these communication issues.
