Appearance: Outside is clean and accessible. Inside a bit of a mess. A lot of clothes in yellow carts everywhere. Hand written signs everywhere of washers and dryers broken. Sign of things customers can’t do. Customer service: Really isn’t any customer service. About 5 – 6 employees working on what seems is their main business: washing/drying/folding other people’s clothes. Experience: Not really my kind of place. It’s dirty/messy on the inside. Only 3 seats in the place no tv for one to use. Most of their washers and dryers are out of service. All the cart are used by the employees so customers don’t have any to use.

I did NOT read any of the other reviews, so at this point anything less that fives stars is hogwash to me. I brought a light tan suede jacket in that appeared to be sprayed from top to bottom, sleeve to sleeve with pink spots. I’m not sure what attacked my jacket, but whatever it was did a real number on it. Let me tell you, these people were so very nice, accommodating and friendly. I never knew a group of people who worked so hard on a project. I paid $ 12.50 and left it. A week later I was told to come back that«dad» was still working on it. I asked if they wanted extra money and was told no. I came back again and they were still laboring on it. The third time I went back there were just a few spots left and it’s wearable. I so appreciated alllll the effort they put into my poor abused jacket, I will be sure to go back to them again.

a third of the washers were broken. one of the(rude) employees wouldn’t let me use the one washer that was available because they were reserving it for themselves. then I had to wait for ten minutes for another washer to become free which was twice the size I needed(which made it twice the price). I’m definitely going someplace else in the future.
