Brian and Emily are amazing! They have helped my family and I insure our homes, autos, life, and business for the past couple years. They are reliable, polite, and fair. Not to mention, they are the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to insurance. You can’t go wrong having your insurance with them!

My husband and I have had all of our insurance policies with Brian for over 15 years. Business, auto, home, and motorcycle. We have had nothing but a great experience with Brian and his staff. Very professional and responsive. We have had a few claims and they have all been handled quickly by Brian’s office and the people at American Family. A great agency representing a great insurance company, American Family. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE PROVIDER!
BAD BAD BAD
So not only do these people have horrible customer service and pay no attention to details but they are also willing to totally neglect personal privacy and integrity for a quick buck.
What a horrible experience all the way around. These jokers put a solicitation on my door after it is clearly posted that NO SOLICITATIONS are allowed. I called the number on the flier to get some information. No one was able to tell me anything and then the lady got upset when I asked some basic questions she could not answer, told me I was rude and hung up on me.
What is more rude? Asking for clarification or hanging up on someone because you don’t feel like doing your job?
What sort of a business puts out a flier and then gets angry at the customer when they call for information?
So I spoke with our property manger and found out that these jackals had already spoken with them about soliciting and where told outright that this was not acceptable.
Lie, Cheat, Hack, Steal.
Needless to say these people will NEVER get my business.
