I had a mailbox that I needed access to for my business, and the post office said they had «no idea» when they would be able to do the work. So, I called Atlasta. They had a locksmith out to my location within an hour, they did the work on the spot, and the cost came out to less than what they estimated over the phone. A+ all around!

Re-​keyed two locks while I waited without delay. Wouldn’t say he’s got great bedside humour but they know their keys and locks. 5 stars for prompt professional as promised services.

I recently purchased an antique 1880 – 1890 armoire that was missing the keys. After a lot of checking around, everyone was suggesting I try Atlasta Lock & Safe.
I brought the two locks in this morning and was greeted by a friendly technician that actually seemed eager to take on the challenge. I was told that they would led be ready later this week. But I got a call the same day saying they were ready.
Not only did he make two new keys for these antique locks, but he actually repaired one on the locks and serviced them both.
The price was more than reasonable.

David from Atlasta came by our new place to re-​key the locks and take a look at a few other things. Not only did he keep the antique lock looking beautiful, but he explained some of the finer points of using an antique lock, and pointed out a few features that I didn’t even know were there!
He also took a look at the lock on our deep freeze, and tried his very best to fix it even though it was unfixable.
He explained everything and answered my plethora of questions with kindness and knowledge. The price was exactly what I would expect to pay. I will definitely use Atlasta next time I need a locksmith and would recommend them to anyone!

So rare and great in the age of Home Depot to go to a store like this where the guys at the counter are expert in what they deal with — locks and keys. I needed a lockset that I couldn’t find elsewhere. Here they had two different choices — they knew the pros and cons and recommended the cheaper one.

Our house was broken into, so I called Atlasta to rekey all our deadbolts. They showed up when they said they would, the gentleman was very nice and professional. He rekeyed all the deadbolts and gave us all the keys that we needed.
Would recommend Atlasta for any rekeying that you need!

I had a key made for me and it wouldn’t fit into the lock. The Locksmith, Tim, told me nothing more could be done. I went back 2 days later, and this time the locksmith, Kevin or Keith I believe, found the correct key blank, and this time it worked. I give them 3 stars because I had to go back twice to get my key made. I’d bypass Tim and use someone else.

This was the 4^th locksmith I went to today and they had the key I’ve been searching all around town for! Thank you guys! Keys are 7 each but who cares… worth it when you need the specific key and shoots no more gas money running around town. Super fast service as well. I was in and out of that place. Thank you sooooo much Atlasta for being the key dream makers ha! I’ll recommend others to you for all key needs!

$ 4.25 per key is a ridiculous price to pay. I got robbed. Mayve they do other things great, and maybe even at a reasonable price, but for simply getting copies of keys made, what a rip off.

I own rental properties and so I buy a lot of locks and keys and such.
In what can be a very seedy industry these guy rise to the top.
I have been coming here for key making, lock purchases, and the myriad of lock and key issues for 15 years. Always quality, honest, and reasonably priced service.
They also must treat their employees pretty good as they have had the same people working here the entire time I have been coming in.

I’ve had several keys made here, as well as a door lock re-​keyed.
They were able to clone my Master Lock key, unlike True Value or Lowes.
I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes.

After three attempts at the local hardware store to get a duplicate car key made, none of which worked, I figured my key was past its prime and could not be copied. Driving down Grand one afternoon, I noticed Atlasta Lock & Safe for the first time (it’s just past Morrison on the same block as Dig a Pony). Upon entering it’s obvious that these guys are old school professionals. The whole place is dedicated to the art of key grinding and lock changing. There is a long wall that runs the length of the room full of key blanks. I suspect that if they don’t have what you’re looking for key wise, it probably doesn’t exist. Sure enough, they even had a choice of what kind of duplicate I wanted (metal or plastic topped). A few minutes and 4 dollars later, I was handed a shiny new key that WORKED! My hopes of having a spare key to my car were fulfilled. I’m grateful to live in a city that still has small businesses like Atlasta, where you can find the professionalism and skill to get it right the first time.

Great location and staff. I phoned looking for a key tag for a high security apartment mailbox. Keith phoned me back later in the day and said he had located them. Come on in and get them at no charge! Sure it was just a small plastic thing but what great customer service. I will definitely come back. Tried to order online and it was $ 30! Felt bad I didn’t bring them a treat but certainly will when I’m in area next time. I drove over the bridge from Camas, Washington. Well worth the trip PLUS went to Pastini Pasteria for lunch!

I needed a locking internal door and to match the rest of the door was going to cost me $ 300 for the part plus labor. Dave spent the time to research the issue and suggested an alternative which switched existing door handles instead of buying a new one. He communicated his arrival times and called when he was delayed. My bill was $ 100, it could have been $ 500 if he had done the easy thing. Loved him.

Best, most kick ass locksmiths in town. Never failed me.

If your looking for a place to buy a safe, this is one place to look. I stopped by the other day to see what they had. They do carry Liberty brand gun safes, but only had a few on hand. They can order and deliver any liberty safe in their catalog. The guy behind the counter was definitely a salesman. Compare prices before buying. I didn’t get that far.
