John P.

Business Owner

John started out in the business machine industry when typewriters dominated the office landscape, becoming the Service Manager of one of the largest, independently owned service facilities in Southern California, PM Business Machines. His many years of experience have brought him into the evolving office makeup of high-​tech computer integration with copiers, printers and fax machines that are ubiquitous from the small SOHO to the large multi-​user business settings we have today. John concentrates his skill-​set to not only support today’s high-​tech systems, but also aging systems that many businesses hang on to for various reasons. John believes that building strong customer relationships is far more important that high-​pressure sales tactics to sell you equipment and then disappear; an experience all too common with today’s large business machine companies.
