B&T Oyster Bar is headed by Chef Trent Pierce, a third generation restaurateur. It is the boisterous counterpart to his more refined Roe, located at the back of B&T. Fresh oysters on the half shell rotate daily, with up to 8 varietals available. The small plates menu is highlighted with Pierce’s inventive, fun creations. Emphasizing local seafood paired with fresh, seasonal ingredients the plates rely heavily on French and Asian flavors.
