Giving this place a one star due to people that been going there r seeing not good results m that they should respect there customers n not talk in there language when they have customers around! During there break or lunch to that fine. To me it just disrespectful

Inconsistent, understaffed, overpriced and poor quality!
There are so many nail salons nowadays that do good to great Service, so so don’t bother going there!

so ii posted a picture up of my nails, saying that Maria was pretty fast. what ii didn’t see was the after math. when ii went home and took a shower ii noticed that my fingers were stinging a bit, ii looked down only to realize that ii had little tiny cuts. they were all round the edges of my nails. ii knew she had used her buffer tool on my skin a few times, but ii didn’t think ever finger would end up having a cut on the sides of the nails. giving it a 2 because yes, ii have had better experience !

personally will never got back. The first woman that did my nails was new, I had to go back in to have a nail fixed. She knew that she didn’t put enough acrylic on my nails. I could not stay any that day to have it fixed and opted to go back. When I went back the nail technician noticed that the nails were different lengths. She did not offer to correct or fix them. Also I was rushed into paying before my service was even started so that one of the nail techs could go home. After the pedicure they rushed myself and another woman out before our toes could dry. They put some oil on our toes and wrapped them in sandwich bags. That was supposed to protect the polish. The polish was ruined, I didn’t even go back to have it changed. I will not recommend this shop to for any services.

Unprofessional. Not very welcoming. We drove by and quickly googled the establishment and first search had 4.5 stars, Long story short, it was a different location uggghhhhhh.
Every employee sat around with bored expressions as we entered. We awkwardly stood at the front while someone sitting in a pedicure chair talked to us from across the room. Should have been a red flag. But was kind of strapped for time and at that time I thought this was a 4.5 star rated place.
I hate writing low reviews but this is ridiculous and I hope this helps the owner know what they need to change as far as customer service.

I do not recommend this shop at all! This place is so unprofessional. I called in two weeks before actually coming to the shop and I was told a Mani Pedi was $ 30. I went into the shop and the lady started on my pedicure which was only a ok job. Once that was done she was getting ready to get started on the manicure but I wanted to make sure the price I was told on the phone was right and when I asked her how much would my Mani Pedi be and she told me $ 34. Ok $ 4 more then what I was told I wasn’t upset about that but I was upset that I was told differently on the phone. When I explained that to the lady she responded by saying no one told me that and I was wrong. The lady told me I could just pay for the pedicure and leave. I didn’t want to waiste my time so I told her I might as well get the manicure also. She responded by sayings it’s too late I already have someone waiting in a very bad attitude. She didn’t even allow my pedicure to dry. Bottom line I wouldn’t recommend coming here, their service is terrible save the trouble and go somewhere else.

Making an appointment does not help. Had me waiting over 30 minutes. Took walk ins before me and just keep telling me it will be 10 minutes. I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. I walked out. This was my first time here and my last. You only have one chance to make a good first impression and they failed.

This is my new go to overall take care of my body frome head to toe place! Hollie did both my nails and toes in gell. Not only was it reasonable in price but the atmosphere was open and very welcoming. Originally I was concerned because Hollie was so gentle with my pedicure I was concerned that it wasn’t going to be effective on my calluses but she really got the job done! She was thorough with my manicure putting the gell all the way to the top of mu nail bed, not being chinsey with the product at all! I’m extremely happy and can’t wait to try the lash extensions and massage! I’ll be back!

I usually see Annie when I get my eyebrows done, but she wasn’t here today so someone else did them. They are okay, but I love when Annie does them!!!

The experience was ok. Although they stayed open 2 hours after closing which was very nice of the owner. The quality of the nails done wasn’t that great, but it’s nice they are open late on Sunday if you need to get them done now.
