I used to thing that Bens was a good place to get my car going great but now not so much.
I took my Acura RSX in because of a bad gas smell, Ben said they repaired the fuel pump and gasket leak and now the car was safe. $ 220.00
The next day the smell returned but worse, I took the car back because obviously something was overlooked.
Ben now claims the fuel pump is bad and wants another 440.00 for something that was supposedly already fixed.

very pleased! ben and the rest of his crew are pleasant, knowledgeable, honest, explain and show to you what’s wrong. prices are reasonable, work is done quickly and well, very convenient to access. they’ll be seeing more of me when i need work done on my 4runner.

This place is great! They are honest and thorough. Every time I have taken my car in and a part needed replacement, they saved the old part to show me. Prices are extremely fair and much lower than dealerships. I saved over $ 100 on my 30k mile checkup alone! Great service, friendly staff — you must check it out! Easy to get to as well, so if you need to drop your car off, you just have to walk a few blocks to get to the Red MAX Line!

I ran into the owner when my car was overheating and he did pressure test on the coolant system. The problem ended up being my temperature sensor was disconnected and he didn’t catch the problem. We didn’t know what the problem was at the time like I said like my car was overheating and he did a diagnostic test, but he was a pleasure to deal with.
