Filthy, dangerous area, rude customer service. Online reservation was $ 56 but when we got there it was $ 86. We decided to stay it was as a last minute resort due to our flight delay. Blood splatter on walls, dirt on tables, dirty bathroom, dirty towels. Requested new towels those were dirty too! Horrible area. Smells gross in the whole area, hallway is dirty, looks like mold on the corners of walls, hookers around the area. I was disgusted and felt horrible to have stayed with my family and 4 year old. Did not stay the whole night. Bob refused to give refund when we attempted to leave early. He said he will give me a warning and will charge my card for the complain. Dont ever stay here! This place should come with a warning.

I booked this place super last minute over
because it cheap. And I still overpaid. I walk in to the room, and the air is thick with some kind of sick odor. It looks like there’s dried blood on the wall above the bed. There was body and head hair all over the cigarette burnt pillows and sheets. The chairs had multiple stains, the woman who «greeted me» was incredibly rude. The entire building stunk and was filthy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT BOOK ROOMS HERE! Friend made a reservation online through Kayak and after dealing with the Indian woman who claimed to be the manager and was extremely rude, my friend found her «non smoking» room to reek of smoke and was absolutely filthy inside. She immediately called kayak to cancel the two night reservation asking to get the cancelation fee waived because of the condition of the room and the manager repeatedly stubbornly refused. These rooms are terrible and so is the management. Be very weary of this rat hole.

Had to stay here on a last minute trip to Portland. Other hotels were booked due to a few events/​festival things going on. This was all we could afford and didn’t have the time to work out other arrangements.
We made a reservation online the day of arrival. When we got there, the man at the front desk tells us we have no reservation and to just come back later. He was a bit upset and confrontational. English was his second language. During that snafu, police cars dropped off a woman to the hotel. She was holding a cat, and a large bag, which she decided to dump the content of right in the door way to the motel. There were edible panties and other sex toys on the floor we had to walk over.
When we finally got our room, it was filthy. Someone’s shaved hair all in the sink and floor. Floor was grimy, dirt in all the corners. Just the beds made, but clearly not cleaned. Pretty gross, and it takes a lot to gross me out.
The morning we left, another customer was outside on the phone with the cops because her young daughter found a USED CONDOM in her bed. Disgusting and totally messed up. Did they even wash our blankets I wonder?
The street this motel is not attractive and does not feel as safe as the rest of Portland.
I was not expecting a anything nice, but this was not good.
I hope they can improve their cleaning habits at this motel.
