I do not recommend this Doctor. His energy is manic and he is unprofessional. He followed me to my car and asked me to go out for drinks with him. When I refused his bedside manner became hostile to the point of uncomfortable. My hand is still not healed and I am unable to return for physical therapy. The whole experience has been really disturbing. He just phoned me at work. I am not sure of my rights and feel vulnerable because he has all of my personal information. I am not sure this review will make any difference but it seems like the only way I can put the situation to rest and move on.

As someone who, unfortunately, has had to see a number of hand surgeons in another state. I was very concerned about finding someone who wouldnt shy away from my complex hand problems. I am so glad that I found Dr. Buncke.
First of all. He is a great educator. Every patient should understand what is happening to them. Very conservative. No rushing to the OR without trying other treatments. A terrific sense of humor. You can see that he really appreciates his staff.
