I commend my service advisor Phil, but quality of service of the mechanics on finding an oil leak is very lacking. New Escalade, first oil change, and then 2 additional visits to fix an oil leak that started after the oil change. The last visit, the mechanic spilled oil while topping off which leaked again in my garage and they left a rag in the engine compartment. I THINK the oil leak is fixed (Apparently a GM bulletin about certain engines in a certain date range at a specific plant had this issue and the oil adapter needed to be re-​torqued down). The dealer will detail the engine next time as I am not making a 4^th trip for an oil change now…

Never ever again! We took our cadillac there for a couple minor issues and left with a bill over $ 2100. Debbie the service manager was a joke to deal with. A couple weeks later we had the same issue after paying all that money. I don’t think the mechanics know what they are doing, I’ve since learned others had the same experience and will never go back. They’re your best friend until you need to take it back since it wasn’t fixed right the first time. And like another reviewer after paying as much money as we did, they can’t at least return your car clean?

I would have given them zero stars, had I been doing Unilocal reviews in years past. The reason I gave two stars is because the service department actually did something redeeming on my last visit in. I moved here from Los Angeles and when you spend $ 70,000 on a luxury vehicle like a Hummer, when your vehicle goes in for service, I expect it to be returned to me washed and detailed, every, single, time! No excuses! Also, the new guy that I worked with went over every single detail that we discussed with him with a fine tooth comb because I and my husband had expressed aggravation about our issues not being addressed in the past and just being glossed over. Now, like I said the service department renewed themselves with me on this last trip back but I am going to call out somebody in their service area and her name is Deborah or Deb. She used to work with me when I had my Cadillac over at the Beaverton Cadillac and then she moved over to this dealership. This lady made a really bad mistake by trying to sell us a transmission that we didn’t need. She didn’t just do this once, she did this twice! She got caught! Why is she still at the dealership? I’m not sure other than I know that her sales in the service department have always been high because I know she’s been selling things to people that they do not need! So, if you go into the service department avoid this woman a like the plague! I will tell you the last time we were in there we worked with a gentleman by the name of Daniel and he was wonderful!

The premise of this dealership is to have customers for life. My Sales Rep Gene Luther built a warm and friendly connection with me – it felt like family and friends. The negotiation process was painless – do your research and arrive at a price workable for both parties. The price I bought my Cadillac SRX was will within range of my expectations as was the price for my trade in. Then Gene passed me onto the «dreaded» business manager. Well it was all in my mind since Kimberly Lakey simply explained the process got the paperwork together, I signed and was done – NO Extra hard sell here. From the time I arrived to the time I left was two hours including the time Gene took to explain the features of my new automobile. The General Manager of the dealership also thanked me for the purchase. Based on the buying experience, this dealership has earned a customer for life and encouraged loyalty to the Cadillac brand.
