My focus is on balanced movement and touch. I feel strongly that both movement and touch can benefit everyone. Massage gives the muscles and individual muscle fibers more room: lengthening, breaking up adhesions, and allowing the body a greater range of motion. This physical space in the muscles aids in pain reduction, allowing the mind to open up and begin to think more clearly, no longer focusing on pain. Along with massage, yoga creates space in the muscles as you stretch, and space in the lungs as you learn to breathe more fully and deeply. These too allow the mind to move into balance.

Cassandra received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in 2012 form Yoga Vidya Gurukul (yogapoint) in India and graduated from the East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland OR in 2014. After spending most of her life suffering from chronic headache pain, Cassandra has finally been able to control her headaches through a consistent yoga practice and receiving regular massage. She has a strong desire to share that relief with those around her.
