Cedar Mill Liquor & Cigar

This place is big and very clean– products are nicely displaced. I needed a special liquor for a party and the staff was very helpful. I even got a printed out recipe for my speciality cocktail. There is a good selection of novelty and gift items. My go-​to place for the hard stuff.

I visit about once or twice a week, been shopping here for a little over a year. The staff is fantastic (wish I knew all their names!) and they’re always extremely friendly and helpful if you can’t find what you need. The store is literally spotless. The best thing is they have a TON of selection but the store itself doesn’t feel cramped at all.
Finding what you need is simple because of their signs (very helpful). If you’re not interested in liquor, they have a huge selection of beers, as well as mixers and a selection of cigars. They even have fun things, like mini red plastic cups, novelty flasks and other impulse buys that add to their already huge selection. Great store, and the reviews here certainly paint that picture.

Love the staff here! Always so friendly and helpful! This is my liquor to go to all the time because of the staff. The selection is incredible and they have tastings sometimes which is nice. It’s spacious and clean and easy to find what you are looking for. If you can’t find what you are looking for speak up and ask! Go here and you will see a difference in customer experience, they get it and I won’t go anywhere else !

When I first moved to Oregon (29 years old) I went to Safeway in Eugene looking for margarita materials and was laughed at by the clerk. Kinda like what happened when I tried to pump my own gas in Roseburg on my way here from Phoenix.
Sigh. Oregon IS weird.
Anyway, since then I’ve been in a liquor store maybe three times (that’s what other people do FOR me lol) until today. My brother’s coming to visit and he sent his email list of required libations ahead.
Nice gig if you can get it right? Im not a bad sister. Im single now so its on me until my kid turns 21 and thats a ways off.
Plus he promised me margaritas.
This liquor store carries his preferred obscure gin (Desert Juniper) and obscure– i –cant –remember –what-​its– called– tequila.
So after bemusedly staring at all the people going in at 2 on a Friday (don’t these people work? I’m on spring break but are all of them, really?)I braved the rain and ducked in.
The people who work here are super friendly. It is clean and bright with hardwood floors. Everything is well labelled with BIG letters for blind old women like me. I found the gin easily and was staring at the tequila when the nice man asked me what I was looking for and kindly helped me locate it AND carried it up front.

This is a great liquor store. Appears to be a good spot to buy cigars too if you need those. Its in a kinda run down strip mall thats sorta under construction, between Thai Lily and the music store. Plenty of parking. Easy.
Maybe I will get used to this whole liquor store thing after all.

This is the best liquor store I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and always conversational. Not to mention, they have an amazing selection of liquor, beer, wine, and cigars!
They also have an area specifically dedicated to local distilleries. This is great because I really enjoy trying something different that was made in Oregon!
If you live in the Beaverton/​West Portland area, this is the place to go.

Good lighting, selection and layout. They have a lot of cigars and liquors to chose from. I read they had a liquor I really wanted to try on their list of local goods on their website. I walked the store and but couldn’t find it. I spoke to the very nice woman behind the counter and she had some in stock right there. Also was able to pick up a lotto ticket. Nice store, I would happily shop here again.

Being new to Portland (coming from Las Vegas) having to buy liquor from a specific store seemed out of place for us. But not unlike the big places we would see in Vegas. Well stocked, knowledgeable staff, and friendly. Prices are fair. Even saw some new stuff. Gonna keep this place in mind if we ever finish the single bottle of Malibu we got LoL

This is seriously the best liquor store in Portland. It’s clean, organized and easy to find exactly what you need. The staff is very knowledgable as well. This location also hosts liquor tastings regularly, which is AWESOME!

If your going to buy liquor, this is the place to do so. Many liquor stores have a dark and unfriendly appearance. This one stands out. It’s big, bright, and open. Aisles and Isles of libations await you. If your a true alcohol connoisseur, this is your place. So much selection it’s almost overwhelming. Service is good too. If you need to walk out with that brown paper bag covering your guilty sin, at least you can do so with dignity.

This huge liquor store has everything (cigars too) and they were really friendly. Looks are deceiving. It’s in an old strip mall shopping area across from Safeway… you barely notice it. I’m skipping that tiny store on Bvtn Hillsdale and will go here from now on. Thumbs up!

It’s a liquor store. They sell booze. The selection is good and the people working there are helpful. Not much else to say about it. Just keep doing what you do.

I came in just as they were closing down (I read the hours wrong) but they let me in and help me quickly find what I wanted. I like how all their inventory is searchable on the web so you know they have it before you come.

Diamond in the rough for sure. In a complex that looks like nothing special. You walk in and see a well cared for well stocked pretty store. With all the usual and then more. Cigar selection looked similar to that at lovejoy liquor but I’m not an aficionado so check that for yourself.

What a fantastic liquor store! It’s pretty big, clean and nice — hardwood floors and all! They’ve got a great selection, and carry a lot of local products. Of course, their prices are controlled by the state, so they’re the same as all the other liquor stores. I’d been looking for the cake-​flavored vodka from Pinnacle, and this was the only location I could find it. Win.

It’s always a great day when you can pass down a 5 star rating for a liqour store! We spotted this place on accident while shooting over to Safeway. I was pretty stoked to find this place since we normally go to the Beaverton Town Square Liquor Store. When you factor in traffic, and all the lights up and down hwy 8 and 10, not to count the always packed spots at Freddys, it’s enough to drive you insane. By going here, I have a straight shot that eliminates lots of dead ass time.
When I went to Cedar Mill Liquor Store, I found a huge diamond in a nasty rough. I was amazed to see the size of this store, a clean, neat, professional look is what it puts off. They have all kinds of cool things from nice looking flasks ($ 6-​$ 15) some with leather cases, a diamond plated look, skulls… something for everyone. They had a huge cigar case loaded up that looked classy.
The place is deep… Liquor is well displayed and they have a wide selection as well, I seen about every kind of Whiskey I could ever want.
The staff was really friendly and ready to help, I loved this place and this will be the new place we hit up when needing booze.

This store is one of the best in the area! Clean, well stocked… found lots of fun stuff to try. Also had a table set up for rum tasting that day. Too bad they have to be in a crappy old strip mall, as it can be easy to go unnoticed. The only reason I ended up there was that a friend recommended it.

Cedar Mill Liquor Store is just the opposite of what you’d expect from an Oregon liquor store. Wood floors, bright displays, laid back friendly employees in black T-​shirts, The Doors music playing in the background, and autographed guitars by Sammy Hagar and Tommy Thayer. Thought for a moment that I’d accidentally stepped into a music store. No, this is indeed a liquor store and it’s one of the best places to buy liquor in the state of Oregon.
Finding what you need at Cedar Mill Liquor Store is quite easy. The staff is super helpful and the displays are very well done. There are large wall signs which mark the various types of liquor. Whether you’re looking for Kentucky Bourbon or Mexican Tequila you should be able to find your product with ease.
Among the product line at Cedar Mill Liquor Store are mixers, sodas, pickles, cigars (large selection), energy drinks, and barbecue sauces. This is Oregon so you’re not going to get any great prices on liquor. However, I would say that Cedar Mill Liquor Store’s prices are more than fair. The product line is large enough that Cedar Mill Liquor Store can offer their customers many inexpensive liquors. Need a Kentucky Bourbon for your barbecue sauce but you don’t want to pay an arm and a leg? No problem. Cedar Mill Liquor Store has many inexpensive whiskeys that won’t break the bank.
