At Cedar Mill Vision Center we provide comprehensive vision and eye health examinations for the entire family. The exam is designed to assess your clarity of vision as well as detect any medical eye problems. We carry the latest high-​quality frames and will take the time to design your glasses to fit your specific needs. Contact lenses are a big part of our practice. Personalized attention will determine what type and fit of lenses are best for you. Thorough instruction is given in the use and care of the lenses. Our clinic provides diagnoses and treatment of both ocular diseases and injuries. Dr. Tobin provides pre and post-​op care for procedures such as Lasik and cataract surgeries. Whatever your eye care needs, at Cedar Mill Vision Center you will be given the time and attention you deserve!

History

Established in 1981.

Dr. Tobin has been serving residents of Cedar Mill and the surrounding areas for more than 30 years. He proudly includes several generations of many families in his practice. It is this personal connection that he finds most satisfying.

Terry T.

Business Owner

Dr. Terry Tobin was born in the mid-​west but was drawn to Oregon to pursue his undergraduate and graduate education at Pacific University. He earned his B.S. in Visual Science and went on to graduate with a Doctor of Optometry in 1981. He began his private practice that same year at Cedar Mill Vision Center, where he remains today. He is licensed to practice optometry at the highest level allowed in the state of Oregon. His education continues yearly with updated courses and training so that he can provide his patients with the latest treatments and care. His accreditations allow him to utilize both oral and pharmaceutical medications. He is equipped to handle ocular emergencies as well as routine vision care.
