I purchased two new iPhones at the MaineMall store and Patrick were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. One was on backorder and I received the same quality service from Jen when I picked it up. But when I got home, I realized that there is no indication that turning in my iphone was recorded and i have received no email with return instructions for credit like I did with the first phone. I have tried numerous times over several days to reach the store, but no one answers the phone at the MaineMall(Listed as 207−761−5900), and I left a message on the only other contact listed on the paperwork, Patrick’s cell phone, and that has not been returned. I need to talk with someone and the trip to the mall is not easy for me…

Verizon gives me good cellular service but they charge a whole lot. I think three stars is fair. This location is great though and everyone is quite helpful. Just. you know… Verizon and all. *shakes fist at the man*

My fiancé and I went to upgrade his phone today… A busy Saturday and the iPhone 6, we assumed we’d be there a while But no! Yet again, this place was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. We were in and out in 25 minutes, no hassles and no sales pressure.

Caution! For those of you thinking of switching wireless providers I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Verizon. I was trying to switch my wireless service. I entered the Maine Mall around 5pm my experience didn’t end until I left the Somerset St store around 8:30pm and still without a new phone and new contract. A full night lost to a complete waste of time where at one point I had to travel to a different store and to also go home and bring in my social security card. I was Still waiting for my application be processed when I walked out as the customer service agent ignored me and began helping other customers. Thoroughly disappointed with the service of Verizon. I guess I’ll stay with At&T.
