Buyer beware. It’s your typically overpriced Chipotle fare, combined in this location with pigeon-holed accommodations and a minimalist, short-fused staff. After picking up my family today at PDX we thought to reunite here for what we hoped would be a decent lunch. Never again. The line was out the door. Seating accommodations are comic. The floors were filthy. Line staff was throwing meals together, slopping whatever into a plastic bowl or mealy tortilla. ‘Move along. Next!!’ The Seinfeld«Soup Nazi» would be proud — and he could take some lessons from this establishment. For lack of any other accommodations my family and I ended up seated next to … wait for it … the restrooms. Oh glad tidings. We particularly enjoyed the seeping water draining across the floor underfoot, and the line of women standing behind us anxious to not have to leave with what they’d been served. I understand their feelings. And for all that is holy(– seeing that, you know, it’s 2015, and Portland & everything –) put a changing table in the men’s room, already. My 2-year old grandson walked in with me, took one look around, and said«no change diaper.» Smart kid.

I just don’t get it. This review is for the Cascade Station and Clackamas locations. I’ve given it 3 – 4 chances. I was so desperate today I went to Cascade after swearing Chipotle off for good about 8 months ago. I got the steak tacos since the chicken looked way undercooked. The steak was terrible. The kids working there are really nice. Update November 2015-E Coli.

Definitely come for the food and not the service. The girls are young and snooty and crabby like they hate life. It’s fast and convenient for me. Only reason I would come back. The service is horrible. Better not make a mistake on your order or you get the BITCH look.

We always stay by the airport when we visit Portland. There are a lot of restaurants across the street but we just love eating at Chipotle. The meal is cheap, good and portions are huge. Service is sometimes lacking. We came here this past weekend and it wasn’t very busy which was nice. Sometimes the lineups take forever. Love the burritos and salads! Salsa and chips is a good deal at $ 1.95. No tax is the best!

Come people, this is the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been in and it’s not an isolated incident. Have some pride in your workplace and clean this place up. Tables are never wiped down, trash cans overflowing, and the bathrooms look like a deserted bus station bathroom recently visited by 10 bus loads of drunken frat boys. Disgusting! Clean this place up. There are always at lest 8 of you working. Unacceptable.

Price could be better but the food is yummy enough to pay! I always order burrito salads, steak and cheese and black beans and brown rice with veggies. Mmm so good! It’s filling too so no need to purchase anything else, at least for this hearty eater!

He He He! At the airport, this is almost criminal. I know have to go early to catch a flight or pick someone up, just so I can get a chicken Bowl!!! I had my usual, chicken, rice, and cheese, with lettuce. I asked them to pack it to go, even when I eat in. I will tell you the secret. Having the foil top on for a few minutes will help melt the cheese, making this a feast! don’t tell anyone. The parking is easy, as there is a Target there as well, so there is over flow parking in their lot. They are not quite as fast as some getting you thru the line, and the seating is pretty limited, but i think alot of folks take it to go, as they are arriving or leaving the airport.

I don’t see the big deal about this place to be honest. Food was average at best. Flavor was ok but not amazing. Son had chicken that was dry, steak had bit of zing but not much flavor. Carnitas was not available. Living with a local Mexican place close by I guess I’m spoiled. Great flavors, lower prices and FREECHIPS. Kidding me charging $ 1.35 for a tiny bag of chips, Guacamole for the chips another 1.95? I’ll pass. Restraint was clean, but VERY loud with a couple screaming kids. The«industrial» interior made it even worse. Place really looked unfinished with the bare plywood wall. Be thankful South Park mentioned the chain, that’s the claim to fame I guess. But consider Cartmen liked it… Says it all. Leaving now to the quiet of the jets overhead.

I don’t know why this place is getting such bad reviews. The food is freaking amazing. Ingredients are fresh and the portion sizes are huge. They don’t have a huge menu but who cares when you specialize in a few things and make them damn good. The prices are a little up there for a burrito(around 7 dollars) but you get your money’s worth in flavor. If you’re at the Clackamas Town Center you have to at least give them a try!

Went to have some food at this Chipotle with my Colleagues. The line was moving fairly slow, but that is understandable since there was few of us. The sitting area was a mess for as long as we stayed there I didn’t see anyone come out and clean it. I had to wipe the table with napkins. The cashier was very friendly, so I will give 2 star one for food and one for service.

I bring the pain upon myself when I eat here. I get the steak burrito bowl and my stomach ALWAYS hurts after b/c the steak is undercooked. BTW, McDonalds owns chipotle… Would you buy steak from McDonalds? Probably not. Chips are ALWAYS stale and the girls working behind the counter look… Eugh. Making my own burrito bowls from now on, If anything go to Rice Junkie on Hawthorne or someplace else– furreal.

These workers are SLOW! No sense of urgency with a line 6 deep at 4:35 pm. Finally called a second line worker to help out. Don’t plan on getting in and out like other Chipotle restaurants

Is it outstanding? No not really. Is it good? Yeah. Do I crave it every so often? Yes. Do I leave hungry? Nope. Do I leave satisfied? Yup. It’s Chipotle– THEEND.

Ahhh this location sucks! Line gets super long because employees are slow. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a quick bite and expected to be in and out under 10mins.

I was beyond ecstatic to discover this Chipotle during my stay near PDX. They serve the standard Chipotle fare. The layout isn’t the best or worse that I have seen in my travels. The lines form around the wall and there are large communal high top tables. There is long table along the window that provides dinner with a view. On nice days, there are a handful of tables outside to enjoy your meal. One of the things that amazed me at this Chipotle was the process in which they went through to serve me my food when I told them that I had a gluten allergy., much easier to explain that autoimmune disease. Normally most Chipotles will only change their gloves and possibly pull untouched toppings(i.e. cheese and lettuce) from a container that hasn’t been used on the line or use paper to grab the serving spoons, but this specific Chipotle went above and beyond. They actually stopped the line, which it was packed, and in addition to changing gloves and using separate containers, they removed all utensils and replaced every single one. This was beyond much appreciated and impressive.

Chipotle is Chipotle; it’s always good! However this location needs some help! There was one single person preparing orders; as soon as I came in with my group he was asking for more rice up, then brown rice, then steak, then he had to get more guacamole as the rest of five crew members were filling up chip bags. Apparently the two counters of chips were not enough; one thing is for sure — those chips got bagged — while one person making food had to keep running to the back for the prepped food. Oh — and the avocado for the guac was not diced, it was in thick thick chunks. Worst Chipotle in Portland.

This is the weakest Chipotle I have been to in the Portland area. Food was cold and they are cheap with the meat, whenever I go to the Lloyd or PSU locations they hook it up. The layout of the store is really bad too, seems smaller than their standard size and feels really cramped. Seating is very limited so try to beat the rush during peak times. Most likely won’t come here again.

SO stoked this Chipotle is finally open! It’s walking distance from my office and I love Chipotle! Best of both worlds. I visited this location today for the first time and there was definitely a line. I think Most Chipotle’s have a line, but it moved pretty fast. The set up inside is different from any other locations I’ve been too, but its easy to grab a seat and the line was out of everyone’s way, which is great. The employee’s were all super friendly, maybe its because they just opened, maybe not? The food was delish as always! I usually get the Barbacoa, but today I opted for steak. Damn, that stuff is good!
