Chiropractic Healing Hands For You

I have been going to Dr. Helton for only a couple weeks, since I got into a car accident and had horrible neck pain. I will start off by saying I was reluctant to even go get checked out because of bad experiences with chiropractors in the past and frankly I was nervous. Dr. Helton and his staff are nothing but a blessing. After a short 2 weeks I feel significantly better. Dr. Helton is extremely skilled, knowledgable, and most importantly kind and caring. A true healer. I walk out of every appointment feeling like I’ve learned something new, and completely uplifted.
Jillian, the masseuse is a master at her craft. She has a soothing presence and an intuitive touch.

I love Dr. John. I first came to see him in 1996 and I was in such pain I was crying. It hurt so bad in my neck, back and hip area. The regular doctors just prescribed pain pills and muscle relaxers, but I was still in pain. I had seen a few chiropractors before and none could help me. I was desperate. People in his office seeing him told me not to worry, that I would get fixed up. I thought to myself, yeah right, but gave it a go anyway. Within a couple of days the pain was better. My doctors were surprised when I told them I was out of pain.
Throughout the years my hip rotates out of the socket causing me alot of pain. He is the only doctor that can fix it. If you want a doctor that is kind and compassionate and who will treat you great and who knows what hes doing, go see him.

My husband and I had been in a car accident back in July and after several months of consistent therapy, we had been told by our physical therapists that there was no more they could do for us and that the level of healing we had achieved was the best we could hope for. We were both in pain every single day and we could hardly do any of the normal activities we used to enjoy, which made no sense to us. In fact, I had painted my bedroom and ended up in so much pain, I was stuck on the floor for two days straight… and I’m a personal trainer!!!
We were both fed up with always being in pain and after the bedroom painting incident, we called Dr.John.
I have to be honest and say that I traditionally do not like or trust chiropractors. I have had a couple of bad experiences to bring me to that conclusion. But when I did research to find a practitioner of a particular kind of body work, Dr. John came up. In fact, he has a long, long list of modalities he has studied over the years… and that really spoke to me. That showed me that he is the type of person to always continue learning new things, and there is no greater sign of wisdom to me than to be a perpetual student.
Dr. John started my husband and I with an incredibly thorough and lengthy round of testing. He ordered x-rays…even our doctors didn’t do that. He took the time to get a true understanding of where our bodies were in the present and where they were in the past.
He has a massage therapist who works alongside him in the office and he immediately prescribed soft tissue work for the both of us. The massage therapist is truly terrific… I cannot say enough wonderful things about how caring she is with what she does. She is truly a healer and I never truly realized the importance of consistent soft tissue work until I started seeing her regularly.
Within the first two visits to Dr. John and the massage therapist, I was already feeling relief. We have been going for over a month now and even though there is still a ways to go with my healing, I am able to do more things and sleep comfortably and I feel like myself again.
I look forward to my visits and I am so grateful to have found Dr. John. As a personal trainer, I recommend him. As a car accident victim, I recommend him. As a regular person, I recommend him.

Dr John Helton is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. My neck was frozen from a car accident I had a few months ago and he made me feel human again after just one visit. He is kind, gentle, and incredibly helpful. He and his staff put me completely at ease even while I was in excruciating pain. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a chiropractor!!!
