History
Established in 2004.
We opened this practice so that we could help individuals understand the issues they face, and the options that they have. Bankruptcy, tax, and foreclosure-related issues are complex areas of the law and are difficult even for other attorneys if they are inexperienced in these matters.
We are happy to tell our clients when we believe they can handle a particular issue on their own, with tips on what to do and what not to do. But we will also tell them when self-representation is not advisable.
We have grown from a one attorney practice to three attorneys and five support staff. We started with bankruptcy and added other debt related specialties as our clients needed them. But our focus has never wavered from solving the various problems that debt causes. It is a very unhappy state of affairs to owe money you can’t pay back, have the IRS breathing down your back, face the loss of your home, or be harassed by debt collectors. We solve these problems fro our clients every day.
